- 2 boneless chicken breast sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach washed and drained
- cherry tomatoes washed and sliced in half
- Cook pasta as directed
- Slice chicken breast and cover with salt, pepper and oregano
- Add chicken to a heated skillet with olive oil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove when done
- Add butter to skillet
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes on low
- Add garlic
- Add chicken broth and heavy whipping cream, cook on low for 5 minutes
- Add cooked chicken back to skillet and stir in spinach and half of the parmesan cheese. Use the other half to garnish
- Cook on low 5 minutes
- Serve over pasta
