- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1/4 Red Onion large
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend for several seconds or until the onion is the consistency you like.
- Pour into a container with a lid and set in fridge until ready to use.
- Shake well before use.
- This salad dressing is best if used the same day as made.
